| GENERAL INFORMATION An overall snapshot of our history and answers to general questions you might ask about Spectrum as organization as well as the affiliate orphanages with which we work. |
OUR FOCUS IN MINISTRY Perhaps we should make "focus" plural here. As the word "spectrum" implies, we have several foci, which we detail in this section. | OUR FOUNDER/DIRECTOR EMERITUS Pastor von, founder and Director of Spectrum Ministries since 1982 relinquished his position as Director in 2002. He is presently Founder/Director Emeritus. |

| OUR STAFF Our staff come to life in the following pictures. As we have mentioned, our ministry is small compared to many. We have a team of a little more than twenty-five people. Some full time, some part time, and some non-paid volunteers. As you can see, most of our workers are nationals. |
SPECTRUM GENESIS The interesting story of how Spectrum started more than fifty years ago. When you have read the short story tap on our very old movie and you'll have a new appreciation of Spectrum. |
WHERE WE WORK We have chosen to work in the poor and neglected areas of Tijuana that are invisible to the average tourist visiting T.J. or Ensanada. In most cases, the border divides the "haves" from the "have-nots." Indeed, the poor of Tijuana constitute a legitimate mission field. |

| OUR DIRECTOR Aaron Passmore is our second director. This section will let Aaron tell his story, and give his vision for Spectrum's future. |
OUR HISTORY Take a good look at our history. What the future holds is framed by the past. If this is the case Spectrum has a lot to look forward to. Take a little time and look at our history as well as our unique approach to ministry. The results of our long history come in daily. |
WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT US We are always encouraged to receive unsolicited comments about how others view our ministry and it's effectiveness. Here are just a few of the many comments we have collected through the years. |

| HOW YOU CAN HELP Spectrum certainly wants to enlarge it's team of people wanting to have a part in it's ministry. There are several ways you may be of help to us. If you are interested in where you might fit in, click on this. |
IF SPECTRUM IS NOT FOR YOU!
We are a small and rather unique ministry, working just across our border in Tijuana. We are not what most would consider a Short Term Mission, that is, a per person package program to serve somewhere in the world. If a package trip is what you're looking for, you may want to check out SHORTTERMMISSIONS.com.
